CARMYFIX CM-888
Description
CARMYFIX CM 888 is an excellent adhesive for materials made of Polyurethane, PVC or Thermoplast Rubber(TR) on leather or other synthetic materials. It has very good adhesion on the above mentioned substrates and high initial bonding.
Application Fields
- Suitable for bonding synthetic materials such as polyurethane, thermoplastic rubber TR or PVC on leather or other synthetic materials
- Ideal for use in inflatable boats made of PVC. The addition of the hardener Carmydur (3-5%) increases the adhesive strength and resistance to heat

Implementation Steps
- Surfaces have to be carefully treated. Use Primer TR for Thermoplastic Rubber, Primer PU for Polyurethane and roughen for leather
- Spread evenly the adhesive on both surfaces and let them dry for 10 – 20 min
- Heat up the adhesive and bond by pressing immediately. Maximum bonding is achieved in 48 h
Storage
CARMYFIX CM – 888 can be stored for at least 12 months at a temperature of 20°C in well closed cans.
