THC 409

THC 409 is a polymer modified cement based special adhesive and plaster for outdoor thermal insulation systems (ETICS). It consists of cement, quartz sand with 0.5 mm max. grain size, limestone fillers and admixtures. It complies with EN 13499 and ETAG 004.

• For the strong adhesion of extruded polystyrene (XPS), expanded polystyrene (EPS), hard glass wool and cork
• Suitable on substrates of concrete, light weight concrete, bricks, cement blocks, aerated concrete (AAC), self leveling floors, mortars and level masonry with filled ts
• Can be used in combination with glass fiber mesh in order to cover the ts of different types of masonry (AAC or bricks with concrete, bricks with AAC, etc) to cover the conduits on masonry made by electricians and plumbers, to reinforce the edges of the openings (in doors and windows) in order to avoid future cracking of plaster

• A single material for adhesion and plastering of thermal insulating plates
• It presents a very strong adhesion strength on all common substrates, high elasticity, resistance to frost, humidity
• It is suitable to use both indoors and outdoors
• It has strong resistance to elastic deformation
• It has excellent workability and fast application

In a dry environment at temperatures above 0C for 12 months its production date.
