STATUS METALLIC

STATUS METALLIC is a decorative rust preventive water-based paint, ideal for all indoor or outdoor metal surfaces as well as for walls, wood, rails, banisters, doors etc. Its advanced composition allows application directly on rusty surfaces, where it blocks rust and prevents its reappearance. Exceptional resistance, very good spreading, strong adhesion and anticorrosive protection. It delivers a matt, textured, and highly durable finish, with long-lasting color stability.

• The surface should necessarily be rigid, dry and free from dust, grease or rust for good adhesion. Remove all loose, peeled old paints or rust. Surfaces previously painted with oil paint should be sanded and wiped well. New metal surfaces should be cleaned with acetone or LS-735 NITRO SOLVENT.
• For maximum protection the surfaces should be primed with STATUS POLYPRIMER ecological waters-oluble primer
• STATUS METALLIC can be applied on unprimed metals as long as the film is at least 120 μm thick (2 layers). On non-iron metal surfaces (galvanized, aluminum etc.) first apply WASH PRIMER and then apply 2 layers of STATUS METALLIC.

After application close the container tightly to preserve in good condition for future use. It can be stored in tightly closed containers for a long time as long as it has not been diluted. Store in cool and dry places and protect from sun and frost.
