D-FLEX® BITU AQUA

D-FLEX^® BITU AQUA is a one component thixotropic liquid membrane, asphalt-polyurethane dispersion base. The produced membrane is characterized by high elasticity and mechanical strength, while it offers excellent adhesion to many types of surfaces. It is used on horizontal and vertical surfaces.

• Recommended for: basements (foundations), retaining walls, damp areas, bituminous membranes, application under tiles (after applying quartz sand on the last layer), gypsum boards, cement boards, as well as for use on roofs, terraces and balconies before covering them.

• Thixotropic
• Easy application (brush or roller)
• Continuous, elastic membrane without seams and joints
• It is based on elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin
• Resistance to extremely low temperatures (up to -30°C), maintaining its elasticity
• Provides water vapor permeability so the surface can breathe
• In case of membrane damage, it is repaired locally with the same material without removing the existing one, in a few minutes
• Excellent resistance to chemical attack
• Suitable for vertical applications with permanent results

• Open the lid and stir the product with a drill at low speed (300 rpm), for about 2-3 minutes.
• The product must be applied on the primed surface, at least on 2-3 layers, emptying it with the help of a roller or brush until the entire area is covered.
• The second layer must be applied after 12 hours and before 24.
