CLIMAPRIMER SILOXAN

CLIMAPRIMER SILOXAN is a high-quality colored, odorless, waterproof, water-based acrylic substrate with a nano molecular structure, friendly to the environment and the user. During its application, it strengthens new and existing porous external and internal surfaces, its light ochre shade marks the points where priming has taken place. Its unique composition gives the applied surface waterproofing and excellent breathability, while simultaneously shielding the substrate to the final painted area. Its use is indicated for the priming of external surfaces, which will then be covered with 100% acrylic, elastomer, emulsion and silicone paints, as well as with waterproofing, cement concrete and relief.

• Suitable for preparing new surfaces, such as plasterboards, exposed concrete, plasters, troweled surfaces, brick etc. for painting with plastic or acrylic paints

• Shake well the contents of the container before use, dilute appropriately and apply. It is diluted with water, up to 30% for horizontal surfaces and 50% for vertical, depending on the application method. It can be used undiluted on highly absorbent surfaces.
• After application, close the container tightly to keep the product in good condition for future use. It can be stored in a well-closed container, without any problems, for a long time.
• If a second coat is needed, apply it at least 3-4 hours after the first.
• The product application on absorbent or very rough surfaces is done with a sprayer. In this way, we ensure penetration of the material everywhere, speed of application and economy in consumption. During application, we must make sure that the material is absorbed and not just applied, forming skin on the surfaces. Any residues (pools) must be removed after application.
• On new plaster or concrete surfaces, the application should be done after 30-40 days.

It can be stored in a tightly sealed container in a cool and dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C for 24 months from production date only if it has not been diluted.
